Beat Beethoven is a 5K Fun Run or 2.75K walk, the challenge being to complete the event in the time of Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony (c.35 minutes). The event is held in the University of Stirling campus on Sunday 19 October 2014, starting at 11 am. Proceeds are equally divided between Childrens Hospice Association Scotland and Parkinson’s UK. This is the third year of the event. Last year we had 670 entrants, with £10,000 going to the two charities.
