2 laps starting and finishing at Wormwood Studios.  Plenty of obstacles incudes walls, haystacks, climbing, crawling etc.

All finishers receive a medal and race t-shirt. There are trophies for the fastest 3 men and women overall. Facilities include ample parking, toilets, changing facilities and bag storage.
