Race Description

This is a unique opportunity to run over some of the world famous Badminton Horse Trials obstacles. Now in its 32nd year, this annual event is held by invitation of the Duke of Beaufort and is held on his estate. The all-terrain course takes the runners, canni-crossers and walkers along country tracks, in sight of the deer herds, and through fields and woods.

Runners can enter as individuals or in teams, for the 5, 9 or 13 mile events, demonstrating how the Horseless Team Event can be an excellent event for friendly team rivalry or for a family day out. Juniors/Youths aged 15 or under on 4th October 2015 may enter the 5 mile event.

Canni-cross runners are most welcome, doing the same course, albeit from a nearby, but separate start.

Chip timing for the event will be handled by Full On Sport.

This event is run by The Rotary Club of the South Cotswolds, and money raised from entry fees is given to local charities. Many runners choose to raise donations for their own charities.
