Race Description
Run: 10km £25
Duathlon: 7.5km Run, 15km Bike, 7.5km Run £46
Relay Duathlon: 7.5km Run, 15km Bike, 7.5km Run £58
The second race in the ASICS Off Road Race Series brings back to the calendar the infamous MudMan event held in the gruelling grounds of the MOD in Camberley.
This race is not for the faint hearted, though slightly shorter than the IceMan event, it is just as challenging and even more rewarding. The off road run will comprise of a 10km dirty trail run through forests and gullies, ensuring this race will not ensure you a PB but guaranteed adrenaline fuelled fun and sense of achievement.
The off road duathlon will take in the same run course as the runners but slightly shorter distance (7.5km), followed by a bumpy, gritty mountain bike circuit over 15km of rough terrain. The duathlon will finish off with a further 7.5km run, by this time you will be very familiar with the course and the limits that it holds..!
The MudMan circuit is used on the Army military training ground – the ground will be stony, the hills steep and competition fierce.
