Race Description

The Arnold Sports Festival is BACK!Be a part of one of the largest multi-sport events in the WORLD as you sign up for the Arnold Pump & Run 5K or the run/walk-only Arnold 5K, both returning to Columbus on March 2, 2025.
There are two events you can be a part of: the Arnold Pump & Run 5K where you both bench press and run a 5K, or the run/walk-only Arnold 5K which is a 5K run only. Participation, in either event, gets you the following:
– A quality event t-shirt- A great finisher medal for all participants- An event-specific race number- Free entry ($35 retail value) into the Arnold Fitness EXPO on Sunday, March 2 only
All participant registration is available online only.
Prefer to volunteer instead of participating? Check out our volunteer page for opportunities to help out with one of the best events in town. Volunteers will receive one free entry into a future Columbus Running Company-owned event.
RACE START TIMES
Arnold 5K (run/walk only) – 10:30 AM
Arnold Pump & Run 5K – 10:30 AM (lifting starts at 6:30 AM, closes at 9:00 AM)
