Race Description

Welcome to The Island Race – The iconic Anglesey Half Marathon.

Organised by local running enthusiasts and professional event organisers, the event will be one not to miss!

The Anglesey Half Marathon takes runners across the world famous Menai Suspension Bridge, free from traffic, and follows the coast road to the awesome Beaumaris Castle, and back.

The race provides the perfect pre-London preparation for those lucky enough to have an entry. Alternatively, it is a beautiful undulating course with stunning scenery for an early season run.

The entry fee includes, electronic chip timing, event family entertainment, a unique free commemorative race T-shirt, a bespoke finishers medal and refreshments at the race finish line.
