Race Description

The 2019 Alexandra’s Angels MS Challenge at Birch State park kicks off at 7:30 am with a 5K run/walk with age group awards.

After the run is completed, if you want to rise to the full challenge, take off on your bike for a 10 lap loop in the park and stretch it out with our #naMaSlay Challenge. A 1 – hour inspiring outdoor yoga session presented by Paige Held of Yoga Joint.
