Race Description

Euchidios athlos is an historical ultramarathon race who revives Euchidas feat after the great battle of plataea.

It is a very good organised race and very popular with the ultra runners in Greece. The route of the race is quite difficult, and has unique natural beauty. The athletes ascend mt, of muses halicon and cross the forest,and picturesque villages.

There will be 19 check points and 6 water points. race duration 15 h

The athletes start from Plataea and run to Delphi 107,5 km.
