Race Description

The FAAP presents the 8th FAAP Fall Classic 5K/10K on September 6, 2015 in North Park near Pittsbuirgh. This is a classic cross-country style race/walk that will start at 9 am. The course is set mainly on the Rachel Carson Trail. Proceeds from the race will benefit the Queen of Peace Orphanage in the Philippines. Those who participate will receive a unique handmade bamboo medal. There will also be cash awards for the top runners as well as parent/child team awards. At the end of the race enjoy some ethnic dancing to celebrate.
