Join E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness along with Cause of Effect for
THE METROPOLITAN 5K race on Monday, June 19th at 8AM. Come be a part of something bigger and support your community. All ages and skill levels are welcomed. REGISTRANTS WHO REGISTER BY APRIL 30th WILL RECEIVE RACE T-SHIRT AND MEDAL. We look forward to seeing you race day!
