Race Description

Join us as we celebrate World Down Syndrome by running 3.21 miles on 3/21!

Enjoy all the fun of every other 5K, but dash a little “EXTRA”, People with Down syndrome have an extra (3rd) copy of the 21st chromosome – that’s why 3/21 has been designated as World Down Syndrome Day, and is celebrate on seven continents! Join your friends in Charlotte, but you’ll also be joining people across the globe who are all celebrating their friends and family with Down syndrome on 3/21.

All runners are invited to join us after the race for the World Down Syndrome Day celebration including food, games and bounce houses!
