Race Description

THE COURSE
SWIM: 1/2 mile swim starting at Albee Beach in Lake Wentworth. The first wave of swimmers will start at 8:30a.m. followed by heats every 3 minutes. Swim caps and goggles recommended. Wet suits are not allowed.

RUN: 5k run through the scenic woodland trails also known as The Bridge Falls Path. The run will head south on the path and have a turn around point at 1.55 miles.

RACE START & FINISH INFORMATION: The race will start and end at Albee Beach. There will be music and refreshments for all participants to enjoy and an awards ceremony as soon as the last participant crosses the finish line.
