Scenic 4-mile loop (and 1-mile fun run) will start and finish at Georgia Perimeter College Dunwoody Campus (I-285 and North Peachtree Rd.), 2101 Womack Road, Atlanta.
This year’s event will include a Walking Division with awards for 8 female/male age categories. Participants must be familiar with the two rules of racewalking and use legal walking technique to be eligible for awards. Walkers must wear shorts or solid color tights so that the knees are visible to the walk judges. All walk entrants must report to the Walking Club of Georgia table to receive their race packets.
Strollers and baby joggers permitted in both events.
Water will be provided at start, finish, and 2 miles.

9:15 a.m. — 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
Finish Line Party
There will be refreshments/brunch following the race. Enjoy many fun activities for the whole family. Children can enjoy cartoon characters, moonwalk activities, and fire engines.
Awards
Four Mile Run Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place team participation awards. First overall master’s male and female and first overall male and female four-mile finishers; 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards in each age group, male and female divisions. Age groups: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 and 60-64, 65-69, and 70 and over.
Four Mile Walking Division Awards: Prizes for Walking Division winners will be presented to the first male and female overall, and the top two male and female finishers in the following age categories: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
One Mile Fun Run Awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall male and female finishers in 1 mile race and wheelchair divisions will receive prizes. All children participating in the fun run will receive medals.
Team Participation Awards: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place corporate team participation awards.
T-Shirts
100% cotton long sleeve full-color T-shirt will be given to all participants. Only pre-registered runners are guaranteed a T-shirt on race day.
School Teams
Looking for a fun activity to start the school year? How about fielding a race team from your school? We have course options for all fitness levels and all kids who participate receive medals. It’s a great opportunity for kids to help kids.
Corporate Teams
Register as a corporate team and show your company’s support for our community. The race is a great team-building activity. A prize will be given to the largest corporate team.
