The iconic finish line under the Arch at the Eversource Hartford Marathon and Half Marathon will inspire you – return to the great tradition!

The 26.2 mile marathon course will see some adjustments in 2023. Expect the glorious start in front of the majestic Capitol. Runners head over the Founders Bridge and into East Hartford before running into the rural and scenic town of South Windsor, where the course highlights its quintessential New England charm. Journey back to Hartford to finish just past the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Arch in Bushnell Park. Enjoy ample course support, cheering volunteers and a beautiful fall race.

The 13.1 mile half marathon course will break from the marathon around mile 1 but with some changes through Hartford and West Hartford. The downtown Hartford finish delivers a memorable moment crossing under the historic Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Arch and through the finish lined with brilliantly colored mums.

The 3.1 mile Charity 5K will feature an updated course through downtown Hartford. Expect a fast race for competitive runners that also welcomes casual runners and walkers to accomplish goals finishing under the arch.

Looking for a fun way for you and your friends to get in on the action, the Team 26.2 Relay features options for 2-5 team members to run in legs along the marathon course.
