By comparison Marathon des Sables in £3300 and only includes 2 nights hotel, flight and water, but worth it at twice the price…

    • Thanks for that.

Its hard enough to organise race marshalls and medical staff in short races in the UK or Europe, so to do so in North Africa over 100KM will obviously be more expensive than simple flights and accommodation.

Being a biginner here at race calendar, I don’t know if that sort of price is regular. The price doesn’t say whether it includes flights. I can get a return to Tunisia for well under £200, which means I’d be paying approximately £1400 ($2200) for the race, transport and four nights camping? Seems a bit steep!
