Race Description
Celebrate the beginning of the summer in Spain!
A challenge for the brave ones in June. The challenge consists in to become the rooster on the henhouse in an amazing Vertical Km® (Gallinero, is the name of the montain and it means henhouse. This mountain is 2728 m).
Cerler Vertical follows the regulations of the Skyrunning federation for Vertical Kilometer®. The race has more than 1000 m vertical ascent over variable terrain with a substantial incline, not exceeding 5 km in length. The race start is at the lowest point of Cerler’s ski resort. You run in a straight line to the highest peak at the ski resort, which is the top of the mountain Gallinero (2728 m).
