Race Description

How about something different? Have you got two friends and can you all run 4 km?

Then come for a run in the lovely surroundings of Longshaw estate and have some fun on a flattish trail course urging your mates on and being urged on to put that little bit extra in for the team.

The teams will be based on teams total age, so up to 60 means you have to have youth on your side, under 12 need to have an adult run with them for child protection reasons. 60-130 means you can mix young and old, over 130 is going to be a vets team.
