The first Men’s 10K took place in Glasgow 10 years ago. Started by the Men’s Health Forum Scotland as a focal point for raising awareness of men’s health issues; it has now positively touched the lives of over 30,000 men and is now a major event on both the running and health event calendars, attracting 4,000 men and growing each year!
