Race Description

Aspire Running Events are absolutely thrilled to announce the very first Brean Down 10/5k Trail run, which will be enduring and also thrilling to say the least…

Both the 10k and 5k will start from the foot of Brean Down taking you up the steep hill to the top of the down, the run will then take you up and over the challenging hills with a descent down to the fort where there will be a turn around point which will take you along the adjacent side of Brean down and back to the finish. The 5k’s will proceed to the finish
…The 10k runners will then turnaround and do it all over again for a second demanding lap. There will be a water/feed station just after the 5k turnaround point.

Everyone will get a medal and goody bag for competing. There will be a finishers table with water, nibbles and fruit.

There will be plenty of parking, toilet facilities and there will be catering/hot beverages available at the café.

First Aid will be on stand by on the day and all races will be fully marshalled.

Races will begin at 10am, registration will open at 9am.
