Race Description

This is Pain & Suffering, one of the hardest obstacle races Great Britain has to offer. We have taken inspiration from fell running, cross country and obstacle racing to create the ultimate race challenge.

Set in the harsh terrain of the grounds of Rockingham Castle this 10 mile plus obstacle race is a hardcore challenge even for the most experienced OCR runner. Think you’ve tried and beaten tough races before… think again, this is on another level!

If you’re after a race to test you mentally and physically this obstacle race fulfils your needs over and above. The only question is, are you tough enough to take it on.

Whether you’re running in teams or solo the sense of camaraderie on the course is second to none and there’s always someone to give you a helping hand. Don’t worry you’ll never Suffer alone.
