Race Description

Starts with a 2.4 mile road run, followed by a 7.5 mile off-road bike ride, and finishes with a 4.5 mile cross country run, and can be a real test!
PRIZE MONEY FOR RACE WINNERS – £50 to first male, first female, first team of two and first team of three. All finishers receive a goody bag and sweatshirt, and there will also be awards for 2nd & 3rd male and female; 1st Male V40, V50, V60, V70; 1st Female V35, V45, V55, LV65.
This year we have chip timing, bike racks and limited changing and shower facilities at race HQ, based at the Minnis Bay Sailing Club.
