Race Description

The European Ultra provides a tough environment for ultra running as you run 127km across the Algarve’s volcanic terrain. A shorter multi-stage event designed for those with limited time or those looking to challenge themselves a step further than the marathon.

With the race situated in the Algarve you can expect to be running in temperatures exceeding 30°C during the day and dipping in the evening meaning that your kit selection is key to this race. You will be self-sufficient during the race carrying your own sleeping arrangements, food and supplies for the entire race. Being just 2 flying hours from most European airports this ultra marathon is just a short distance from most European cities.
