The run will start just down from the registration and car park. It will loop around Spirthill Trail and farmland, taking in some trickier sections as well as gentle areas. Expect to encounter short sharp climbs, steady elongated climbs, mixed underfoot terrain, woodland and possible stream crossings. The 12km run will take a second lap.
