Race Description

The route is a single loop, with a few short sections of repeated road that allow access to the check points. It takes in sections of several long-distance paths including The Cotswold Way, The Diamond Way, The Winchcombe Way, The Wardens Way, The Windrush Way, Macmillan Way, The Heart of England Way, and The Monarch’s Way. The course weaves among the northern Cotswolds through picturesque villages like Snowshill, Blockley, Temple Guiting, and Great Barrington as well as the market towns of Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden, Broadway, and Stow-on-the-Wold. With check points at various public houses en-route, there will even be a few opportunities to take a short break from the February weather if you need to. The relay runs in parallel to the ultramarathon, with 5-leg or 10-leg options
