Event Name: Kielder Off Road Duathlon

Distance: 7k run/20k mtb/5k run

Description: A brand new event in Kielder Forest Park, Northumberland. With an extensive network of forest tracks and purpose built mtb trails in this stunning location, this promises to be a great event. The running routes are a mixture of forest trails, singletrack and woodland trails. The mtb section is one lap of the Blue graded trail, whilst not a technical trail there are some great undulating climbs. Second counting event in High Terrain Events duathlon series.

We are creating a new duathlon series consisting of four events, with the best three to count. Other events are Grizedale Forest 13th March, 2011 & Newlands, near Keswick 17th April, 2011.
