Race Description

This 4km Cross Country race is part of the South Australian winter championships, which are age graded based on 5 yearly age increments. Medallions for age group winners and place getters are presented at end of season presentations. It is held in the east parklands of Adelaide.

Only members of the South Australian Masters Athletics Club are eligible to compete, but at the same venue there will be 2km and 8km scratch runs mostly on walking tracks available for all participants. Registration must be made at least 15 min before the start of the event.
