A group of us took part in the Nuts challenge back in September 2011 and we had one of the best days ever!! The atmosphere at the NUTS challenge is amazing. Everyone who took part was so friendly and the comradery between everyone was just fabulous. The “army boys” as we called them, who were at various obstacles throughout the challenge were on top form! The funniest thing was one of the guys told my husband to take a mud slide on his belly…well when my husband rose from the mud, he looked liked “the Thing” we were in absolute stitches. I have taken part in a few obstacle challenges, including Spartan, but I have to say NUTS is my favourite. The obstacles are on par with that of Spartan, if not better, but the vibe is completely different. You could make lots of friends at Nuts, whereas I felt a little intimidated by the amount of pure testorone fulled men at Spartan who would have no hesitation pushing past you to make their time. We also camped out at Nuts which again was fabulous and we are back in September 2012 to take on the Nuts Challenge and to camp over and have a great day!!! I would recommend NUTS to anyone who wants a brilliant day out which is full of laughs 🙂
