Race Description

Voted number 36 in the top 50 runs in the country by Runners World in only its second year. The run begins at Rothamsted Research and takes you through the beautiful town of Harpenden and the surrounding countryside on a challenging multi-terrain course. The course has been vastly improved to remove “pinch points” and will be using bridleways not normally open to the public. The run is in aid of Iain Rennie Grove House Hospice Care who support people living with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses in the Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas. Entrants are encouraged to raise sponsorship for this important cause. The sponsorship raised in this event will help the hospice continue with it’s vital services. All entrants receive a t-shirt and all finishers will get a medal. We are sorry that because some of the course is cross-country it does not lend itself to wheelchairs
