Race Description

For 2012 Gaelforce events are adding a number of new events to their calender. The series will have a number of shorter events but will still be an excellent challenge. They have been designed to be completed as a challenge in their own right or to use as training events for their longer challenges.

The first of these events will take place on St. Patricks Day in Leenane Co. Galway.
This will include, a sea kayaking race, trail run and family activities.

The trail run will be a challenging 15km trail run, which will cover a number of terrains including bog and gravel. Competitors will enjoy the splendour of Connemara as the Maamturks reign over them as they make their way from Inagh valley back to Killary Fjord. This will be a brilliant challenge and great training for any adventure race.
