Let’s get ready to Lub Dub! Lace up and sign up for the Bothwell Foundation Lub Dub 5K/10K Run/Walk on Saturday, April 25!

Not a runner? We’ve got you covered! At the Lub Dub, we welcome all fitness and activity levels with running and walking options for each race.

Not going to be in town? No problem! Take the Lub Dub “ON THE ROAD”. Send your Lub Dub packet to your home, do you run/walk wherever you might be, send us a selfie! Make sure you register for the Virtual Run!

Where does the money go?
All proceeds from the Lub Dub event benefit the Camye Callis Gaspard Memorial Heart Fund that provides cardiac-related equipment and items to Bothwell Regional Health Center and to communities in Pettis and Benton counties.
