Race Description

The Charlotte chapter of Achilles International transforms the lives of people with disabilities through athletic programs and social connection. Since 1983, Achilles International has empowered over 150,000 athletes of all ages and ability levels to participate in endurance events around the globe.

Join us at the inaugural Achilles Charlotte 5K & Fun Run where athletes of all abilities can compete in the 5K, 1 Mile, Fun Run, or Guided Runner challenge! The race course begins on the greenway and then winds through wide, safe, tree lined streets of the Madison Park Neighborhood.
