Race Description

The Bozzelli Race for the Future is in memory of Libert and Madeline Bozzelli, local humanitarians who dedicated their lives to giving back to the Cuyahoga Falls, Akron, and Summit County communities. This year all proceeds of the 5k charity race will benefit Tarry House in Akron – a nonprofit that provides services to adult men and women who have severe mental illness. The organization customizes programs to set up individuals to lead independent and quality life in the community. Libert Bozzelli served on the board.

The race will take place in downtown Cuyahoga Falls, starting and ending at High Glens Bridge on Front St. It is a flat, road surface run. Runners begin the 5k at 9:30am and the 1 mile walk start at 10am.

All participants will receive a free T-shirt. The event will also have food, live music and a post-party.
