Race Description

The FLOW Heart of Gold 5k Race is a fundraiser for first responders in the FLOW region of Bergen County, New Jersey. Hosted by local Oakland residents, we aim to support these heroes of our towns by splitting all profits evenly between the Fire, Police, and EMS departments of all three towns (Wyckoff, Oakland, Franklin Lakes). Along with these essential first responder agencies, we will also be supporting the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Shelter.
The race itself would be in Oakland’s “Industrial Park” on Bauer Ave. The link to the course details is listed below.
We will be hosting two heats. There will be a runner heat and a walker heat. Distinct awards and recognitions will be distributed to the top 10 of each gender of the runner heats.
