Race Description

Welcome to the 2nd Annual Elm Street Run Festival! This USATF certified course starts and finishes in downtown Greensboro with the 10 Mile providing a grand tour of Greensboro’s central boulevard and surrounding neighborhoods. Elm Street Run Festival also offers a 5K (new to 2023), 1 Mile Youth Run, and 1 Mile Survivors, Healers and Heroes Walk for brain tumor patients, their families, friends, caretakers, as well as those who will walk in remembrance of a loved one.

This event benefits TriadBeHeadStrong, a local charity supporting our region’s brain and spine tumor patients and providers.
