Lace up your sneakers and join Hope for Depression Research Foundation (HDRF) in Southampton at the Race of Hope to Defeat Depression. This event will raise awareness and funds for urgent depression research.

Participants & cheering fans alike will enjoy this high-spirited event that is family-focused, inspiring and fun. All participants will receive a finisher hat, t-shirt, long sleeve tech shirt and a finisher medal.

100% of funds raised will go directly to research that will transform the way depression is viewed, diagnosed, treated and prevented.
