Race Description

The San Diego Half Marathon’s fast, flat and scenic 13.1-mile course starts adjacent to PETCO Park, makes its way along beautiful San Diego Bay and finishes back downtown. The race will majestically end around the warning track of PETCO Park, providing a unique opportunity for participants to experience Olympic-like fanfare with thousands of family, friends and spectators cheering them on.

Each of the race’s 13 miles will include a theme such as “Military Mile” or “Fiesta Mile.” The route will celebrate the diversity of San Diego by creating visual and interactive interest, and will foster an environment that encourages spectators to congregate while cheering on family and friends.
