I run a rce for life race every weekend over the summer period. This is a regukar annual attendance for me. I know Cockfosters well and always aim to park walking distance away from the venue entrance to avoid traffic grid lock at the end of ech race. This race was better this year due to some course changes. Less running through the woods and no bottle neck congestion at the tight turns. The race was good but the goody bag was poor. Lots of adverts and coupons, a box of cereal and a bottle of water. Medal was okay. Be aware of traffic congestion after the event and organise parking or go via train. Traffic held up in Southgate through to Oakwood station.
