Race Description

The Heartbreak Hill 5K Run & Walk will be taking place on Saturday, June 14th on the beautiful Boston College Campus.

You’ll find us on Upper Campus in front of the O’Neill Library.

• Parking is FREE for all participants. Please park in the Commonwealth Garage located at 40 St. Thomas More Road and then take elevators to the 7th floor. Directional signage will get you to the site from there! We will take care of your parking as you exit the garage after the event has concluded.

• The Kid’s Race is FREE and open to all wishing to participate! Each child that participates will receive a finisher ribbon.

• There will be a key check onsite but please leave larger bags & valuable at home or in the car.

Event Day Timeline:
• 7:30am – Registration opens
• 9:00am – Race Starts
• 9:30am – Kid’s Races Begin (ongoing)
• 10:00am – Awards Ceremony

The 5K is a great chance to celebrate your family, kickoff the summer, and support the amazing kids and staff at Franciscan Hospital for Children.

The course travels through some of Boston and Newton’s most scenic neighborhoods and a portion is on Heartbreak Hill!

Join us after the 5K for children’s activities, snacks and more!

All funds raised help provide care and treatment to the kids at Franciscan Hospital for Children.
